This is a workshop involving researchers in
fundamental aspects
of imaging sciences. The purpose is to disseminate the latest
findings and to promote
collaborations. It is also an opportunity to learn about
topics in imaging sciences which are of interest to the military and
homeland security.
This meeting
is
designed to encourage interaction among the participants.
The program is fundamental and mathematical in essence, and
includes
many of the leading contributors in mathematical image
processing.
A limited number of additional people of ONR interest
will be invited to participate. Additional representatives from
government
agencies will also be invited. Interested parties may apply
for participation but the number of attendees will be strictly
limited.
