Greetings,

Below, you will find information on transportation to and from Laramie along with suggestion on Clothing. Please note that a 3:00 P.M. shuttle on Sunday, June 12, 2005 at the Marriott Hotel in Fort Collins, Colorado has been added for your convenience. Shuttles to Denver will be finalized during the first week of the conference after all return flight information has been gathered.

You will be housed in the dormitories on the University of Wyoming campus. If you are driving to Laramie you will need to check into White Hall. This building is located right off the intersection of 15th Street and Grand Avenue. A campus map can be found at http://uwadmnweb.uwyo.edu/tour/. If you are coming to Laramie by one of the shuttles, or being picked up at the Laramie airport, you will be dropped off at White Hall.

You will have access to laundry services and a phone in your dormitory room. At 7,200 feet, summer evenings are usually cool so there is little need for air conditioning.

A packet containing all other conference-related information will be available Sunday during check-in at the dormitories. Among other things this packet contains a city map and restaurant information.

If you encounter any travel problems, please contact Duane Porter at 307-760-4016 (cell) or 307-745-5390 (home).

We look forward to seeing you soon!
