The IMA as well as several other departments, centers, and institutes on the University of Minnesota campus regularly offer a number of educational activities, lectures, and seminars designed to engage members of the mathematical community.

Specifically, the IMA/MCIM Industrial Problems Seminars provide a forum for industrial researchers to present mathematical problems arising in their industry to an audience of postdoctoral researchers, visitors, and graduate students.
