I'll discuss a spectrum of strategies and viewpoints that can be helpful in navigating the different aspects of mathematics career building: exploration of different careers, finishing your degree, applications, interviews, negotiations, expectations for success, promotions, and job satisfaction. Since it's not a case of one size fits all but rather mix and match, we'll take some time to reflect on different opportunities to use these ideas and where they become most relevant for us.
